Introduction:
It must be pretty obvious to the discerning reader,
that as I publish each of these news letters at the beginning
of the month, a majority of the news items, are from the
previous month. (In this case, the news and comments are
for the months of June/July 2003.
Summer vacation suspension.
I did say that after the June 2003 News Letter
was published, I would be taking the summer off in order
to get my thoughts back on track. Of course I said the
same thing last year and within a month or so I was itching
to get back to doing what I like to do, give my observations
and personal comments on world events. So whether you
like it or not, here we go again.
