must be pretty obvious to the discerning reader, that
as I publish each of these news letters at the beginning
of the month, a majority of the news items, are from the
previous month. (In this case, the news and comments are
for the first half of the month of December, 2002 as we
will be in Maryland for the Christmas holidays).
Christmas Message.
Sheena and I send holiday greetings to all readers of
this news letter with our sincerest wishes and hope eternal
that the people of this world will come to their senses,
stop the ongoing killings, the threat of war, the desire
for nuclear proliferation, and re-established peace on
Earth with goodwill to all people regardless of race,
religion, or creed.
