An ex-Brit gives his views-(without fear
or favor)---of the American Scene
It must be pretty obvious to the discerning reader, that
as I publish each of these news letters at the beginning
of the month, a majority of the news items, are from the
previous month. (In this case, the news and comments are
for the month of January 2002).
The first month of the year 2002, and here I am faced
with the same continuing depressing and negative "War
in Afghanistan" news programs.
So I thought that I would at least relieve the tedium
with a facetious and completely irreverent but somewhat
humorous story, that came to me one night as I lay in
bed thinking about the Pakistani/India situation.
