An ex-Brit gives his views-(without fear
or favor)---of the American Scene
Speculation.
 Due
to the haziness of my crystal ball these days I have changed
the title of this paragraph from prediction to speculation.
The holy war will spread!
For the first time in recent history the Arab and Muslim
countries will form a coalition against Israel.
From the north, Lebanon and Syria, from the east, Iraq and
Iran, (surprising bed fellows), Jordan will possibly remain
somewhat neutral, Saudi Arabia maybe, and from the south,
Egypt.
Beware Israel, for if this should come to pass, even your
weapons of mass destruction may not save you, and if you
use those weapons of mass destruction against the aggressors,
the world will turn against you.
Another Holocaust. ???
Who will live and who will die this time?
The creation of a Palestinian State and a peaceful transition
from terrorist actions, committed by both sides of the conflicting
parties, to a state of peace is long overdue.
 Do
not depend on intervention from the United States as there
is far too much at stake politically and financially and
of course there is the question of the purveyors of that
liquid gold, oil, to be considered.
