An ex-Brit gives his views - (without
fear or favor) - of the American Scene
The last
word:
The
American President is still pushing his agenda for the
Iraqi people to go to the voting booth on the thirtieth
day of January 2005 to elect a democratic government.
The
confidence by the American Administration, that the puppet
government controlled and sponsored by America will be
elected, is waning fast. It is pretty obvious to people
observing the current situation that the American sponsored
Prime Minister Ayad Allawi is in mortal fear of not being
elected as it is generally expected that due to the continuing
violence against supporters of a general election and
the coercion by the insurgents against the potential
electorate that the elections will not take place as
planned by the American Administration.
The insurgents will continue to target the electoral workers and the polling
stations in order to disrupt the voting process.
Another crushing blow against the American imperialistic ideals in an effort
to establish a democratic society in Iraq, which makes the war against the
people of Iraq by the American and British forces potentially a lost cause,
