Bill Sykes' Newsletter
from America.
(Mid-November 2003)
An ex-Brit gives his views-(without fear
or favor)---of the American Scene
Preamble:
In this issue I will tackle several subjects, two of which were raised in letters
by readers on the subject of the integration of foreign immigrants with different
customs and backgrounds into local workforces.
The British letter is for immigration, and the American letter is also
for immigration, providing the immigrants meet and adhere to American principals
and standards.
I encourage readers to present opinions or statements
on subjects aired in my newsletters, whether they are
in agreement or disagreement, as this is meant to be
an open forum, and of course from a selfish point of
view it saves me time and energy investigating, researching
and presenting possible subjects for publication.
We welcome feedback about any of the contents
of these newsletters. Please send all correspondence to
