An ex-Brit gives his views-(without fear

Mistaken Identity !!!
Three men in two cars were detained along a south Florida
highway on suspicion of plotting a terrorist attack.
The cars were stopped by armed police when a waitress
in a coffee shop in Calhoun, Georgia, reported overhearing
comments from three men who appeared to be of Arab descent,
which she described as alarming.
Florida law enforcement officials pulled over two cars
on Interstate 75 (Alligator Alley), the main East-West Highway
through the Everglades from Fort Lauderdale to Naples, and
blasted open a backpack which had been taken from the car
by a robot and which explosive experts, who examined the
bag, declared it to be a potential hazard.
It finally turned out that the three men were medical students
traveling to an assignment with a medical establishment
in Florida. The medical establishment was said to have later
cancelled the student’s assignment.
I thought that people were innocent until proved guilty,
apparently not so in this case. The three men, who were
legally in the United States were detained but not arrested.
Law enforcement Officials in Washington D.C. identified
the three men’s nationalities as Jordanian, Iranian
and Pakistani, and said that two of the men were naturalized
American citizens,
