Late breaking news:
Dateline: 22nd/23rd September 2004. Washington D.C.
 The American installed Prime Minister of the American sponsored Iraqi Interim
Government, Dr. Ayad Allawi, addressed a joint session of the United States
Congress before meeting with President Bush in the White House gardens.
Both
Dr. Allawi and President Bush continued to enthusiastically site the progress
which they say is being made in a nation riddled with embolden insurgency.
President Allawi confidentially stated that Iraq would hold free parliamentary
elections in January 2005 as scheduled.
