It must be pretty obvious to the discerning reader,
that as I publish each of these newsletters at the beginning
of the month a majority of the news items are from the
previous month. (In this case the news and comments
are for the month of September 2003).
Preamble .
As I said in the mid-September
2003 issue, I have decided to concentrate articles in
this issue on additional descriptions of weapons of mass
destruction and continue by looking at one of the most
pernicious and perverse weapons of mass destruction the
world has ever seen, biological warfare.
