Life, The Universe and a Huddersfield Man
Fancy joining a philosophical debate?
Well this is the place to be!
Within
these pages it is the my intention to introduce a debate on Life,
The Universe and a Huddersfield Man.
Be under no illusion that this is some kind of high-brow,
intellectual forum because I am an ordinary working class nobody
who dropped out of school when I was 15 and spent my formative
years studying at the University of Life.
But as I have matured I have become more introspective
and have also begun to question the foundation, continued existence
and future of the animal known as Homo Sapiens.
On
subsequent pages I will try to express my personal theories and
beliefs and also offer the opinions of others more educated, and
therefore more qualified, within this area.
I shall introduce the written word of Professor
Stephen Hawking who has written two excellent books entitled A
Brief History Of Time and The Universe In A Nutshell and the theories
of John Cowie which can be found in his book
SILBURY
DAWNING (See John Cowie's synopsis and comments here)
(ISBN 1903542006).
I have tried to make contact with Stephen Hawking,
without success, but am pleased ot report that John Cowie has
forwarded a contribution to the Silbury Dawning discussion (Page
3 from the links below)
